TD was born and raised in the Richmond area. He has been a resident of Hanover county for over 10 years. For some agents real estate is a job, but for T.D. it's a passion. He enjoys being part of people’s lives and helping them with the transitions that a moving into becoming a rental property owner can bring. He is incredibly dedicated to doing this job in a way that will lead to the very best outcome for his clients. Whether that’s a first time rental owner, or a seasoned investment property connoisseur T.D. prides himself in never having a client that is not completely satisfied with the services he provides. He’s always willing to go above and beyond what is necessary to make sure our clients are happy.

Joe is a Licensed REALTOR® and member of the National Association of REALTORS®, Richmond Association of REALTORS®, Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®) He recently obtained the Accredited Residential Manager® (ARM®) designation with IREM and is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM®) where he is the Richmond Chapter Treasure and obtained the Residential Management Professional® (RMP®) designation with NARPM® in March 2014

Bryan has been in the real estate services business in the Richmond metropolitan area for over 8 successful years and will be here for many more.
