Savannah joined ERA Woody Hogg & Associates as our Office Coordinator in 2014. She quickly realized that her previous experience in residential multifamily housing and fair housing certifications aided her in adapting to the growing role as Office Coordinator. After almost 3 years juggling the front office and helping part time with rentals, Savannah transitioned into a full time position as our Rental Specialist. In June of 2017, she became a licensed agent in the Commonwealth of Virginia to even further her knowledge in the field. Since then she has been working with owners and tenants, to provide the best possible services across the board. In this position she handles all of our accounts payable and receivable for the rental department – dealing with both tenant payments, as well as owner disbursements. Savannah also coordinates payments for our maintenance vendors that serve our rental properties.
